The article, authored by Maria Mikellide, Romanos Lyritsas, Nikandros Ioannidis, and Iosif Kovras, is titled “Explaining Strategic Disinterment: Forensics and the Reconstruction of the Missing in Cyprus.” The study examines the strategies behind post-conflict exhumations and the afterlife of political violence.
