On 10 March 2025, DISACT hosted a talk by the Committee on Missing Persons (CMP) at the University of Cyprus. CMP members Pierre Gentile (United Nations Member), Hakkı Müftüzade (Turkish Cypriot Member), and Leonidas Pantelides (Greek Cypriot Member) shared insights into the processes and challenges involved in investigating cases of enforced disappearances. The talk was followed by a Q&A session, offering students the opportunity to engage directly with the CMP members and deepen their understanding of transitional justice efforts in Cyprus.
