From 18 to 20 June 2025, DISACT team members participated in the 50th Annual Conference of the British International Studies Association (BISA), held at the Europa Hotel in Belfast. Nikandros Ioannidis and Iosif Kovras presented their paper titled “The Afterlife of Violence: Strategic Exhumations in Post-Conflict Settings,” co-authored with Marisol Intriago-Leiva, and Maria Mikelide. The conference provided an opportunity to share ongoing research and engage with international scholars.
